is it a breeding trap? put the mom in the trap untill she gives berth then remove her and let the fry grow out! or else you could get a divider and have about 10% of the tank sectioned off for the babys and the rest for mom... how big is the tank? what type of liveberror? ------------------ early bird gets the worm! but the second mouse gets the chesse! There are small little breeding and hatching cases that you set in the fish tank and water will ventilate through. What you should do, is put the expecting mother in there. Let her have her babies, and take her out about two or so days after they become "frys", because the mother might want to eat her babies. IP: Logged |

After you put the mom in, watch her. Sometimes they stress out in such a confined space. If not, then the babies will come out and head for the bottom of the breeder tank where they will be safe. Good luck. IP: Logged |
