Are pictus Catfish's whiskers dangerous?
When I am snail killing they always dart up and whip them at me. I always miss being hit and heard some catfish had whiskers that can hurt. Are these guys harmless?
Any help would be appreciated!

The danger from catfish is not co much their whiskers but their fins. The dorsal and pectoral fins of most cats have sharp spines at the front of the fins that are used by the cats to fight among themselves or for defense. Whiskers are soft and used to "taste" the world around them. They are probably just seeing if you are good to eat.
