  zebras mating?

I have four zebra danios in a 55 gallon aquarium. 1 of them(male i think) chases another one constantly, always trying to get on top of it. Is this mating behavior, and if so will the female lay eggs of give live birth. any info will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

I'm not sure about the mating behavior but I know she will lay eggs. I've heard that they will only mate if the water is only about 3 inches high in the tank. Hope this helps.
