Hey, I have been watching my tank slowly, and do waterchanges like 3-4 times a week to try and get rid of it, but then i stopped doing it cuz i got sick of it, and now when i filter 10 gal out of my 29 gal like it looks really clean and all but i know that it will probably turn cloudy again and it has lil white spots in it, i thought it could have been due to overuse of stress coat and stress zyme, but i wasn't for sure...thanks

One of my tanks has the same problem. If you watch closely at the rocks can you see the white spots moving slowly by themselves? I can, so I'm thinking its a parasite but I haven't been able to get rid of it yet. Good luck to you!

What are your water parameters? How long has the tank been set up (before fish and with fish)?

Also, Stress Zyme is useless. I know it says it contains millions of live bacteria, but it's not refrigerated so by the time the consumer gets it all the bacteria is dead. I don't think it would make the water cloudy, but it is a waste of money.

ARE THE WHITE SPOTS ON THE GLASS?
HOW LONG HAS YOUR TANK BEEN SET UP?
ANYWAY CLOUDYNESS IS DUE TO NEW TANK SET UPS , AND EXECIVE WATER CHANGES. LET YOU TANK SET UP A WHILE BEFORE DOING ANYMORE WATER CHANGES. REGARDLESS OF CLOUDINESS. DONT DO A WATER CHANGE FOR A MONTH. IF THE WHITE SPOTS ARE ON THE GLASS GET A ALGEA MAGNET AND WHIPE IT OFF. DONT WORRIE ABOUT IT. IT IS MOST LIKLEY BACTERIA. HPE THIS HELPS.

if they are small and white and move they may be planaria or hydras. these are an result of over feeding and poor water qualaties or come from live plants. to get rid of them i would add 1 tbs of AQUARIUM salt per 10 gallons. then the next 4 days do 25% water changes and then add salt again. this should clear up the little pests. as for the cloudy water this should help to
