hey i was wondering if tatterd fins means fin rot on my silver dollers? thier is no agreation swords them becuse they are the only top dwellers in my tank. if it is fin rot should i treat with melafix? any other treat ments? that i could use? they just got over ich. also at a pet shop i noticed that thier silver dollers hade riped fins is this normal for fish to have like little terrors on their fins?? thanks alot

If it's just simple tears in the fins, Melafix will do fine.

But if it is fin rot, you'll need a gram-negative antibiotic like Maracyn-two.
