I have 2 AC 300s on my 55g. I just aquired a new penguin-mini and was wondering if it would be reasonable to add it on?

the rule with hob filters is 10x the turn over. so with 2 300 you have over 10x but the Mini with bio weel? will help alittle to keep your water a bit more clear. adding new filters also donsnt meen you can oversock just to make sure.
