I don't agree with a couple of them.

1. Which of the following should be considered a minimum for water changes?
Every 3 months
Every 6 months
Monthly
Once a year

Actually, it's as often as needed to keep nitrAtes below 20ppm. But for beginners, I think weekly is a much better suggestion than monthly.

8. Which of these should be considered an essential additive when using raw tapwater?

Dechlorinator
Stress coat
Plant fertilizer
Buffer salts

Trick question. Stress coat contains a dechlorinator.

That's what I got too. The taxonomy questions threw me since most of the time I think in terms of common names, not scientific names.

Chelle I agree about #8 tricky. I would have to say #1 depends on the load and size of the tank with the "correct" answer being the bare min. I only have one tank that I can go that long on It's a 55 with 2 yellow labs (haven't gotten around to giving them any mates).
