irr sharks get 4feet long... angels get about 7 inchs and suposably agresive WHAT FILTRATION do you have? also you should consider getting a 400 galon tank if you wanna keep the fish helthy. also you should be dooing 25% water changes a week well doing a gravel vac ------------------ early bird gets the worm! but the second mouse gets the chesse! in my own opinion Wisper are junk.. sorry to say. how many timse do you do water changes? what % also i would sugest getting a aqua clear 300 or a emporer 270? i think with the bio weal. these are both exelent filters. like i said earlyer the Irridescent sharks will get to be around 4 feet long. they grow resonably fast to. Did you cycle the tank first? The ammonia is burning the gills of the fish so that's why they're going up for air. I would start doing at least 75% water changes immediately (but be careful that the temp of the new water is the same). Try to get the ammonia at close to 0 as you can. -Chelle IP: Logged |
