i have a rainbow shark that is ullying all of my other fish. the thing is that all of my fish are almost the same size, but he is a little fatter(rounder). he just started this week after having all the fish together for 3 months. My other fish are: 3 neon tetras 2 rasboras 2 black neon tetras 1 pleco 2 platies and another rainbow shark. What should i do, i don't want anyone to die! IP: Logged |

What size is the tank? Your best bet would probably be to get rid of the aggressive rainbow shark. I had to do that with an opaline gourami. He was really pretty and I hated having to return him, but he would not stop bugging my emerald cats. They were so terrified, they wouldn't come out of the corner. Since I returned the gourami, the cat are much happier and swimming all over the tank. -Chelle IP: Logged |

the ten gallon is overstocked and rainbow sharks are territorial fish.. so if you get a larger tank, you may see less agression in the fish. That happend to me, and i moved him to a larger tank, and he is much more peaceful now. IP: Logged |
