i have a 46 gallon tank with:
1 Pleco
1 Puffer fish
6 large Neons
2 rainbow sharks
3 clown loaches

Can i get an ele phant nose to put with them?

Normally the minimum tank recomendation for an elephant nose is about 30 gallons. But since you have all those other fish in the tank, it wouldn't work.

You also might want to keep an eye on that puffer. They tend to be very aggressive and depending on what species it is, it might actually be brackish.
