i have a fossolized 500 million year old piece of algae that i found when i purchased a fosil set i was wondering if the cell is still fossilized inside the rocky part ( its rather rocky and hard ) is there anyway of bringing back the algae if so how

No. Fossilization is a process by which organic matter is replaced over time by minerals. The minerals keep the shape of the organism it replaced, but it is all dead rock. There is no tissue (living or dead) in a fossil. It might be a pretty decoration for your tank, but it will never spawn new algae
