I bought a CAE (about 2 inches long)and have it in a 20 gallon tank with my guppies, neon tetras and 2 panda cory's. I know when it starts to get larger I'll most likely have to move it to another tank, but I was wondering how big of a tank would you recommend for him? IP: Logged |

I thought they could get anywhere from 5 to 8 inches. I am positive that they get lazy in adulthood to the point that they are useless for cleanup and will even die if there diet is not supplemented with additional food. I would not recomend these fish. ------------------ IP: Logged |

My info says CAE's will achieve 10 inches, yet the one in my 110 gallon is only 6. It's about 2 years old now. IP: Logged |
