My pregnant guppy has laid on the bottom for two days on plants and rocks keeping to her self. I figured she was getting rady to have her babies. We moved fish out of the tank do you think this bothered her because when i found her today she was dead.

Sometimes guppies will have complications and die. This happened with my daughters first pair and it made her sad. Now, we have a 29 gallon with so many guppies that it is incredible. The tank has an undergravel filter with only one powerhead on. Ghost shrimp and a cory catfish and lots of plastic plants all in the same spot for cover, when the babies are born. Buy another pair and I am sure it will be different!
Good luck.

Do you know how old she was? Females who constantly breed (which is about 99% of all female guppies) tend to have shorter lifespans. IIRC, the normal lifespan for a guppy is 3 - 5 years and by being constantly pregnant, it is reduced to 1 - 2 years.
