MY LOBSTER HAS BEEN MOLTING FOR ABOUT 5 DAYS NOW. IT IS LAYING ON IT'S SIDE TRYING TO GET HIS LEGS FREE. HE HAS HIS SHELL OFF AND WHEN HE WAS TAKEING HIS PINCHERS OFF HE BROKE ONE I WAS WOUNDERING IF THE LOBSTER GOING TO LIVE OR IS THIS MOLT GOING TO KILL HIM. AND IF HE LIVES IS HIS PINCHER GOING TO HEAL.

I have a dwarf crayfish and when I got him his right claw was broke but after about a month and the next time he molted it was there .So I would not worry.

crayfish/lobstars will molt or shed the skin and claws multiple times during there lives.. ecash time they do they grow larger.. it will grown back so i wouldnt get upset over it

He'll be fine, it takes a while for them to molt. If he doesn't finish You could GENTLY assist him. If it refuses to come off, leave it, its not ready.
