Hi Joey Dirt, He is developing a fungus most likely caused from ammonia burn. Do a partial water change, clean gravel and filter and treat for fungus.

yah, i dont know mush about it but alot of ppl tlak about it, if it gets too bad then the eyes fall out and the fish usually die, do you feed it feeders? this may be a problem, go and get some fungus plus or something like that. hope it goes away

I agree it's probably fungal caused by poor water quality.

What size tank is it?
What type of filtration?
What are the tankmates?
What temperature is the water?
What are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrIte, nitrAte)?
How often do you do water changes?

You can give him meds (like MarOxy) to treat it, but if the water conditions are poor, it's just going to reoccur.
