A few days ago, I moved my goldfish into my freshwater community tank, and her scales looked kind of swollen, but that seemsed to go away a little. But now when I look at one side of my goldfish, some of her scales look like they are falling off!!! Is this normal??? Please Help!! Does the warm water make them shed thier scales???

hmmm...Im almost sure that goldfish are not the kind of fish that like heated water. I would remove them if I were you. I have seen a picture of this before but I dont know what the disease is called. Good Luck.
P.S- you might want to introduce the fish to cold water slowly.

oh....wait, I just read your previous post- dont change the fish to cold water- others who know more than I would have suggested that previously. Wish I could have helped more!

Fishybiz,
Thank you for replying, I think that it's just becuase of the warm water. A few weeks ago I went to the pet store and they told me that goldfish shed more skin in warm water. I am going to go to the pet staore as soon as I can and ask them what they think it is, I can't go now though because it is really snowy and icy here!!! Thank you again for your help!!
