my friend has a ten inch oscar and he has 'hole in the head' disease. can this be cured? is it deadly? tell me what i should do to help him out. the fish is kinda the house pet. how do i prevent it for my other two oscars? thanx IP: Logged |

go to a pet shop that is good with fish ask about the hole-in-head thingy they might do some-thing about it IP: Logged |

I would go get some medication from the pet store. I don't know if the other fish can catch it, but just in case, I would quarantine the sick fish. I hope he gets better!! Ashley IP: Logged |

thanx alot for that web site that you told me to go to kc5gvn. i learned that i shouldnt have two oscars in a tank because they will pick on each other until one of them dies. what do you guys think? they are in a 75g. IP: Logged |

I've kept two together, and several people I know have, without any problems. I have however seen a problem when three are kept together. Two of them will dominate the third one until it just stops eating. IP: Logged |
