Oscars grow 12" ( one foot ) and needs a 75gallon tank. 55gallons absolute minimum. IP: Logged |

what size is the fish now...you can keep it in a smaller tank but you will have to upgrade as the fish gets bigger..so your best bet is to get the big one now and save yourself the trouble IP: Logged |

i have a 16 inch oscar and u can put an oscar in a 55 with other fish i have mine in with 3 6 inch jewels and a 10 inch red devil IP: Logged |

they grow an inch every month or so i would put an oscar with a jack dempsey, texas cichlid, or red devil but u have to make sure the oscar is larger IP: Logged |
