The fish really won't act any differently, but there will be large eyes and there will be white around them. HOpe that helps . I forgot to mention that the fish won't really act any differently! You can buy medicene for it. I bought mine at Petsmart .

Umm... There are lots of different kinds! I bought Tetracycline Tablets by Mardel.
