went into a local shop and there was an albino corydoras with a red tail, can anyone confirm this is a natural species and not one of the dyed type as i dont think its right to dye them and wouldn't want to own one. Thanks for your help. IP: Logged |

To my knowledge this is not a natural species or dyed. It is most likely what is called throw-back pigmentation or a bacterial infection. Check the tank to see if all the fish appear to be healthy. If they are then you probably have a real find. Basically, one of a kind. IP: Logged |
