I got a new 55 gal tank for Christmas. I'm having trouble with the inhabitants.

I have 1 Red Zebra Cichlid (3 1/2"), 1 Albino Zebra Malawi Cichlid (3"), and 1 Tiger Oscar(6")that my husband bought me to go with the tank.

I've had the Albino Cichlid and the Red Zebra Cichlid for about 6 months, living in seperate 20gal tanks.
When I put them in the 55 gal, the Albino started attacting the Red Zebra relentlessly. The Tigar Oscar is fine and is not having trouble with either fish.

So #1 Is this too many fish..?
#2 Is this combination real bad...?
#3 What should I do about the Albino? Will he stop or should I seperate?

#2 and #3 are the answers you might need a bigger tank because your oscar will grow huge and if the Cichlids get their space they might leave each other alone.

Seperate the aggresive gish from the other two. If you still have the 20 gallons. Oscars get big and very territorial at times.
