I have a 'male' betta that I believe is pregnant. It, as I will be calling Cisco now, is swelling right around where all of my for-sure pregnant females do, and, unless my eyes deceive me, it has the white tube. Cisco (who may now become Cisca) has long double fins, and was therefore supposed to mate Lili, my for-sure double-tailed female, but Cisco never showed interest, and now it looks pregnant, and everything! Please help! I believe she even shows her mating stripes when her neighbor, Dragon boy, shows off to her(as I think Cisca should be now!) Please help! And has anyone had any experience with this? Is she definately a female? She does blow up her face now though, but I have had other females do that.

I have a feeling "he" is a "she".

Nope! Turns out it was a, uhh, 'poop' tube! I had never seen my bettas go to the bathroom, but then I saw betta poop come from there, and now the tube is gone! Glad he isn't a she! It was bigger than all of my males!
