I was in Petco the other day and saw a beautiful Australian Electric Blue Lobster. I am looking into getting one as a pet and was woundering if anyone had any helpful hints, tips, or websites for me. I don't know much about them and could use all the information I can get. I am really hoping to find a great webpage with helpful information and pictures of the lobsters. PLEASE if you can help email me at StrippedPeaches@aol.com. It will be a GREAT help!!! Thank-you!

I have one that is doing well. he sheds his skin monthly it seems, to allow for growth. they get about 5-6 inches and will eat small slow moving fish if they can catch them. they are scavengers and like to sleep in a cave during the day and hunt at night. I throw mine some shrimp pellets a couple times a week for an extra snack.
from what I was told, they are perfect with african cichlids, which is what I have him with.
good luck!
