Is there a way to make fish want to mate more? i have a 29 gallon with about 20 cichlids.... so far none of them have mated and ive had them for about a year... can anyone help me?

80-82 degree temps. lots of water changes. like 2x a week for cichlids. salt. and also frozen food daily (brine shrimp). this is what I've read and it works for me every time. currently I'm not much of that and no mouthbrooding for awhile.
