can someone tell me how to tell the difference between a male and a female for the mollie and platties tring to breed them for something to do!!!! thanks a bunch

hi, you can tell the difference by looking at the fin on the bottom of the fish. The anal fin is usually more pointy in a male and the females fin is usually more fanned out. With mollies, the male is always trying to chase the female as well.
