I'm thinking it's a wonder that baby angelfish ever happen. IP: Logged |

Hi dianenm, Sorry about your first batch. Congratulations on your second. What's happening isn't uncommon. It's safe to move the parents to another tank. Your biggest problem still remains to be fungus. You can use Methalyne Blue to avoid fungus. You can feed the fry with infusoria or crush flake food into a fine powder. Good luck. IP: Logged |

Your pair might get the hang of it or might not. It could take several spawns to finds out if parent raising is an option. As kc5gvn said you can always move the pair out. Another option is to move out the eggs this is very delicate but can be a very good way if your limited on space. Also might try feeding them BBS ( baby brine shimp) You can hatch your own and would be inexpensive. ------------------ IP: Logged |
