I just bought a baby Arowana and within 8 hours it died! I dont know why but I put it in a tank with a few guppies but they seemed to get along fine. I dont think there's anything wrong with the water cuz the guppies been in there for a few weeks now and the tank is huge. And oh yeah, my Arowana twirled/spun around before it died, is this normal? Thanks.

If your Arawana is young enough that it still has the yolk sack hanging beneath it, it should not be put into a tank with other fish. Any damage to the yolk sack and they will die. Also young Arawanas are very susceptible to PH, ammonia, and nitrite changes or damage to their fins.
