What is exactly a Phosphate filter? do u know some sites with good onfo pls

Unless yor setting up or have set up a marine tank say with a reef or have a freshwater tank with alot of live plants you can probably skip this filtration. You should be able to buy a test at you LFS to see if you are in need of this filter.
