my paranah does seem to be able to catch the feeders i trimmed the tails of the feeder and he can catch them now is this a good idea?? IP: Logged |

It sounds cruel, but they're in there for food. Just be careful it doesn't kill the feeders and they're left in there to foul the tank. IP: Logged |

i also "maim" the feeders before i put them in, my oscar has a bit trouble catching the guppy feeders buy can catch the gold fish. 200 guppys is 21.50 cdn (1.29 per dozen) 200 goldfish is 31.50 cdn (1.89 per dozen) IP: Logged |

Your feeders cost you $31.50 for 200. The shrimp costs you $5.00 for 200. They will eat about the same amount of shrimp as large goldfish per feeding. Now which is cheaper? IP: Logged |
