Help! My fantails are all on the bottom of the tank and none of them are swimming! I have done a water change, checked PH, cleaned the filter, and done everything I can think of. Please can someone suggest something

Hello Littleone, My first question is how long has the tank been set up? Also have you checked the ammonia and nitrite levels?
