ok I have a 55 gallon tank with 2 red bellies about 3 inches and 1 pleco is that a good idea or should I take the pleco out and here is one more question how big does regular pleco get..I have no clue what kind it is or if there is any such thing as a kind of pleco but please help.. IP: Logged |

as long as you keep your rbp well feed they should be ok, just make sure there are alot of hiding places. But dont be too sad if it gets eaten. IP: Logged |

I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as you feed your p's regulary you should be fine. And if it does get eaten its not like it cost too much to get another one... Ryan IP: Logged |

plecos grow pretty large but they don't grow as fast. i never buy any pleco food. my pleco or algae eater just gets big on its on by sucking up all the algae. it's pretty big considering that i never give him anything. IP: Logged |
