OK. I have about 10 1" baby red bellied piranhas in a small tank and i have about 5 3" red bellied piranhas in a 20gal. Do you think I should put the baby piranhas in the 20gal tank with the bigger ones just for a while?WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!

Sorry to say duder but you are way overstocked. Those fish will get up to 11 Inches each. You either need to get rid of your piranha's or get a much larger tank. You will maybe be able to keep two in the 20 gal for a few months but they will get much too large for it. If money is not an issue, I would say go get a 100 gallon tank and put eight of them in there. If money is an issue then you need to find those piranhas a home somewhere else.

Put the 1" in a larger tank so that they can grow faster. Once they are as large as the 3" then introduce the 3" into their tank. Otherwise you will have 1" sushi. For 15 RBP's your going to need 1 awfully large tank!!!
