my buddy and i just purchased 3 huge red belly piranahs, they are about 4x's bigger then the one he has, he is givin me teh smaller one, it is in a 20gallon long tank right now, just so u can get what size it is, im thinkin about puttin him in a 35 gallon maybe, do you think he will still grow? or do u think for being in that 20 for 3 years he will just stay the size hes at? id really love for him to get bigger. and to put more fish in there...

Exactly how big is it? Red bellies usually should get up 10-12 inches. Definately put it in the 35, even if he doesnt grow he will be a hell of a lot happier.

HE will continue to grow in a larger tank at a slower rate than normal and will probably end up 2" to 3" smaller than normal when fully grown. If you plan on putting other fish in with him you might think about a larger tank than 35 gallons.
