My mom bought me a Neon and it is REALLY fat and slow moving the other one she bought is thin and normal i've had Neons before and this has never happened HELP!!!!

is the one she bought brighter colored, more red, also? it might be a cardinal tetra. you could hope anyway, they are nicer than neons.
