I have six baby piranhas in a two foot tank,
i will have them in there for about 8 to 10 weeks is this a good idea or a bad idea?

I think rather it is fairley a good idea. but how big are they..when I bought 5 of them from my pet store at 7$ a peice I had mine in a 29 gallon tank for a little whil and they were not even one inch yet but yet there was some tail nipping going on but not to out of the ordinary the change happend when I separated them and then put them in there new tank out of 5 of them I have 2 left..and stiill have questions..I know what went wrong...I introduced them to there new tank well let's say not quick enough..I had them all separated into 20 gallon tanks 2 in one and 2 in another and 1 in the last tank well he was they one to die fist ..I have no clue why though if someone could help me out on that one .....thanks..I hope I answered some of your question
