How far have you gotten? Just curios never tried it but it has always interested me. Are your betas building nests? Both of the males that I've had build bubble nests, to late for the first but concidering it with the second that I currently still have. There are alot of info sites on this subject on the net that I've been reading. Let me know if you can't find any and I'll post them. ------------------ IP: Logged |

yup, i have found lots of those sites. ALL Of my males build bubble nests, some huge, some just around the edges. My females get their mating stripes, and all of that good stuff. All but 2 of my females are pregnant (and I have 7), but the last time i tried, one of my males got his tail ripped off, because teh female got mad at him because he wasn't big enough to wrap around her. The male died because he got infected before I could do anything. O well So yah, that is as far as I have gotten. IP: Logged |

I've had a hard time getting my pair to breed but when I asked around a lot of breeders have said to try switching to live food... kicks in their basic instincts IP: Logged |

I have nowhere to put live food though, I wonder if frozen would work as well? IP: Logged |
