Looking at my tank last night, I found lil babies swimming. I was able to rescue 7 of them and put them in an isolation strainer. (will go to store today) The question is, How long do they stay isolated from the big guys for? Thank you! IP: Logged |

i have platys, platys that became swordtails,(store told me platy but one grew a sword) and mollies. The count is now up to 8 that I have got safe. I have no idea how many there are. Most likely, they are mollies. IP: Logged |

Nevermind, I went to the store, bought the baby food and the container for the lil guys and none of them stayed inside it. I caught them again and again and I have finally given up. I've wasted hours of my time and more money and i'm just irritated now. IP: Logged |

By container I am assuming you are talking about a breeding net that hangs on the inside of the tank. If they keep swimming out just lower the water level in the tank a little until it is low enough that they can't swim out. IP: Logged |

yes it was supposed to be a breeding box. But it was a poor design and so for half the price at the pet superstore, today a bought a breeding net and now have 9 lil babies sitting in the net IP: Logged |
