I just adopted an oscar today. someone had dropped him off at my favorite pet store, and after they put him through a quarantine period they put him up for sale. I just don't know which type of oscar he is. I have never seen one like him. I am guessing he is a him, My kids named him "Happy" cause he wasn't very happy in the tank at the pet store, and he is extremely active and happy in my tank. but any ways he is almost like a salmon pink with a grey face and I guess you could consider it a border. it goes from nose to tail on top and back around on the bottom.. He is very pretty, and big.... I'd attach a pic but I don't have any. and my web cam doesn't reach that far.

There are hundreds of different breeds of wild oscars It could be a cross breed from a red oscar and an Albino also its hard to tell species all that matters is he is an oscar
