Is it possible that frozen brine shrimp may have caused Ick in my established, healthy tank?

I've used frozen brine shimp alot and never had a problem with ich. I also isolate all of my new fish so I don't introduce ich into my tanks. Maybe that is your problem. Have you added any new fish or plants?
