my gold fish has grown white fluff on its tall and fin and i am really worried cause it just sits at the bottem of the tank all the time i think it may be dyin. I know its just a fish but i love it and hope someone will reply in time.

It sounds like a fungus. You can treat it with meds, check your LFS.
