Hello all
I have just set up a 90 gal pond out in my yard and put goldfish in it and my wife was wanting to put blue food color in it but I dont know if it will hurt the fish. Can anyone help me out and tell me if my fish will live with food color or not??

Food color is a dye and is not healthy for your fish. If she really likes blue coloration in the water why not use Methylene Blue which is used to treat fungus and is used by most wholesalers when they ship fish. It will not only turn the water blue but will also help keep your fish from getting fungus.
