Hi. I have 2 iridescent sharks and I'm wondering what kind of live food can I give them. They love tubifex worms but feeding them these worms are dangerous since they carry a lot of diseases with them. Help me out, folks?

You run the risk of disease with any live food. Actually Irr. Sharks love the frozen blood worms.

So frozen bloodworms will be safe for the irids, as well as nutritious? What abt freeze dried? Are they the same?

I find that my fish (and I have a variety incl irr shark in the past) don't care for the freeze dried stuff. they all seem to love the frozen blood worms and the frozen brine shrip.
