Hey,

Two days I purchased 3 red bellied p's and ended up picking up some sort of chiclid which is bigger than the p's free of charge.. I have them all in the same tank and they seem to be coexisting ok until today.. it seems the p's aren't swimming around in a pack like they were the first two days but now are nipping at eachother, fighting and chasing. is this normal behavior? I think they shouldn't be hungry, I put 13 feeder guppies in there shortly after purchasing them, which were gone by the next morning. Anyone know why my pirahnas are angry with eachother?

I'm not that familiar with RBP (although it seems to be a fairly popular fish on this site) but I'm wondering how large a tank you have and how big the fish were when you bought them. I'm not sure if you can add anything (plants, caves etc.) to calm them -anybody else have an idea?
