Im thinking of getting a clown knife fish and i was seeing if a 29 gallon tank would be good enough...

for a juvinile it would be ok but ive seen clown knives that couldnt fit in a 29 gallon

clown knife fish grow HUGE. they have one at my LFS that is at least 24 inches long, and they can grow to 40 inches. a 180 gallon tank is about as small as you can go for one.
