I recently purchased a goldfish to add to my tank. I did not realize this but began to go to the top and sit tail up. I know this is indeed a symptom of the dreaded swim bladder disease. I think I caught it early because he is still eating ok and he is swimming normally (that is when he parts from the top of the tank). He is also still acting very lively. So then I put some paragon II into the water, but sadly all I can do is wait.
But my question is, does this really work?
If so, about how long does it take to begin working.
Is it too late for my fish?
Please be up front with me on this one, I can take the news.
