Check your local newspaper classified ads in the pet section. People are always moving and selling tanks. Or for some reason, I don't know why, just get tired of taking care of fish and sell off their tanks. If you find one and it has been sitting up dry (without water) for 6 months or more, set it up in your garage on a flat and level stand first. Fill it 1/4 to 1/3 with water and let it set a couple of days. Then fill it 1/2 to 2/3 full of water and let it set a day. Then completely fill it with water and check for leaks. When they set without water for long periods the silicone gets dry and looses it's elasticity. By gradually filling it over several days it will allow it to rehydrate and the silicone not pull loose. Hope this will help you find a good tank.
