Hello all I have read alot of the posts on here as well as other sites and most of you seem to know what you are talking about so let me throw this at you. I just baught a new 35 gal hex tank and i want to stick with freshwater because I dont know anything about a salt water tank but I want alot of color swimming around in there too. Right now I only have 2 tetra neons 5 gold danios an angle fish 2 redeyed tetras a black tetra and a cory cat in it. What other fish could I add to it to creat more color. IP: Logged |

If you want to stay with smaller tropicals there are three that I would recommend. 1. Bleeding Heart Tetras - Not too spectacular in the juvenile stage but breathtaking in the adult stage. 2. Clown Loach - Nice bumblebee striping with a red tail. 3. Botia Lohachata (Yo Yo Loach)- Not breathtaking color but is white with unusual shaped black stripeing. This fish is often overlooked because of the lack of color. This has become one of my favorite fish because of his unusual movement. IP: Logged |
