Where do i exactly get beef heart and how do i feed it just plop it into there?? or how long do i keep it in is it messy?

the simple way...go to the pet store and trough down a bunch of dollars and get it there..or go to a supermarket and get a lean peice cheap..(trim the fat)..remove the stuff that the fish wont eat
