i have had a 3 inch red belly piranha for almost 2 days now. I have 1 dozen feeder fish in with it. IT ignores the feeders and doesnt try to eat them or even chase them. I feed him cihlid pellets also and he ignores them. What is going on?

The same thing happened to me with my oscars so I took the feeders out for a day and put them back in and they were eaten. I could be wrong but it could be that since the feeders were already there it didn't think of it as food. Just my 2 cents
