What the best food to feed your red pacu ?
I don't think cichlid pellets is a good choice.

My Pacu is a bit tricky to feed. He lives with two oscars and has grown accustomed to eating cichlid pellets. I found though that he will eat rabbit food. He loves it and it's really good for him. It has several kinds of different dried fruits, vegatables and nuts in it. If I try to feed him these same ingredients fresh, he won't touch them. He's kind of goofy but he's the best fish I own.

I feed mine green melon, carrots, kiwi, and spinach leaves. I used to feed him pellets but he got sick from feeding him only the pellets. They need a lot of vitamin a and c in their diet, so it's best to stick with the fruits and vegetables.
